I’m not a career politician—I’m your neighbour. For over 20 years I’ve worked in the trades, solving problems, managing projects, and getting things done. I know what it means to have a say in where you live and the pride that comes from making a community better.

I’ve faced challenges, made tough choices, and learned the value of hard work and respect. Those experiences drive my commitment to decisions that reflect the needs of everyday residents—not just the loudest voices.

I’m focused on keeping housing affordable, improving city services, supporting local businesses, and building infrastructure that works for everyone. Our best days are still ahead—let’s shape them together.

I believe the best ideas come from the people who live here. My goal is to work with residents, listen to your experiences, and make decisions that reflect our community’s voice.

Home Pride Incentive (Proposed)

I believe residents should be encouraged—not penalized—for improving their homes. I’ll push to explore:

  • Temporary tax credits for exterior upgrades and energy efficiency
  • Small grants for curb appeal projects like paint, landscaping, and accessibility
  • Community recognition for standout improvements on every block
